General Instruction
Instructions for filling the form
All fields are mandatory.
- Fill the Personal Details, Academics and Experience details in the respective option available in the form.
- Fields with * indication are mandatory and essential to be filled in by you.
- Every field has clear instructions for filling up the form, which should be carefully read and strictly followed by the candidates while filling up the form.
- In academics, you should update your semester wise percentage in the respective option available. If percentage is not available in the mark sheet convert CGPA into percentage by multiplying CGPA with 9.5. (For example, If CGPA is 8.5 then the percentage will be 80.75 (i.e 8.5 X 9.5 = 80.75).
- If only grade is available fill the highest percentage as per your marksheet. (For example: If your overall grade is A+ then according to your marksheet if the range falls between 90 to 95 then enter 95 under percentage column).
- Candidate who are in final year and awaiting for result / yet to appear for exam should fill the percentage for the result declared semesters.
Confirmation of Submission
- Validate the details once before clicking the Submit button
- Once submitted, changes cannot be made.
- After validation click the Submit button. On successful submission of Application form, you will get a confirmation message on the screen.
